No client–advisor relationship is created by visiting the Site, submitting a contact form, or viewing blog content. Access to our Client Portal is provided to current clients under separate access credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Liability for paid Services is governed by the applicable engagement letter, not these Terms.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Golden Tax and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may modify these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date will reflect any changes. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Golden Tax regarding the Site.
